Description:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced business-to-business Sales/Customer Service professional to join the Blue Mountains Life magazine. Your daily duties involve servicing existing clients while sourcing and committing new clients through face-to-face and telephone contact.
Working autonomously, achieving individual and team targets while learning new skills and enhancing the business opportunities of our customers.
As a Sales / Customer Service Officer, your main duties will include:
Working towards individual and magazine KPIsPerforming face-to-face appointments, confirming and scheduling appointmentsTravellingTo apply for this role, you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service experience, preferably within the advertising industry. An annual salary and commission will apply.
