You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store like it's your own.Key accountabilities:Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targetsMaximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product rangeEmbrace the digital mindset via social media - Google reviews/Facebook/InstagramMonitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and reportComply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirementsYour experience:Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitudeExcellent verbal communication and written comprehension skillsAble to work independently and as a member of a teamEnjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environmentRetail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detailA strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIsAbility to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externallyAt Travelex, our colleagues are our core.
