Due to business expansion, my clients are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team at their site, based on the Sunshine Coast.With multiple locations already, with further expansion plans underway, this role presents a great opportunity to build your sales career in the adventure lifestyle industry.This role would suit a current passenger or recreational vehicle Sales Consultant, looking to join a group that will help nurture your career progression.Key AccountabilitiesEnsure individual sales targets are met on a consistent basis by ensuring customer needs are understood and met throughout the sales process.Assist the Branch to meet its overall sales target.Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.Maintain high levels of prospecting and follow up activity.Ensure that all sales documentation and customer communications are accurate in both content and price.Adherence to all company policies and procedures.Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of sales reporting and other administrative tasks.Required SkillsPrevious experience and success in a sales environment.Well organised, able to meet deadlines and competent in the use of business-related technology and systems.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of competitive dynamics.Highly developed communication skills; verbal, written and listening.Goal oriented, able to operate independently or as part of a team, resilient in adverse conditions.Able to build constructive relationships across multiple stakeholders.In return you will be rewarded with a good remuneration package, comprising of retainer + commissions.
