Full Time - Remote (based within Australia) At Kao Salon Australia and New Zealand, we provide hair stylists, salons, and their customers the best in hair color, hair care, and styling. We reach new goals with innovation, breaking the norms of the hair industry, and working with the best names in the business: Goldwell, our heritage brand continually pushing the boundaries of technology and sustainability; Kerasilk, our range of natural and organic hair care products; and KMS, our styling brand, which is constantly evolving with creative concepts and trends. Combining Kao Salon's leading research and development and thorough understanding of stylists worldwide, we strive to innovate and push industry expectations through our brands.

Core functions of this role will include: Managing a national client base who are happy to have their orders taken via telesales.Selling in special offers and promotions.Seeking and identifying opportunities to grow the business with new and existing clients.Following up and qualifying leads from web enquiries, marketing campaigns, and other activities.Pursuing lead generation through call prospecting and qualification.Working with key salons and existing field-based Sales Executives on growing and developing their businesses.Skills & Experience Previous demonstrated field sales or telemarketing experience (min 2 years).Excellent phone manner and high levels of communication (verbal and written).Hair/beauty category experience would be highly advantageous but not essential.Strong software experience and use of MS Office.Business acumen and financial agility.Ability to meet sales KPIs and budgets.Working at Kao you'll find the rewards are more than just financial.
