Your role will be to facilitate the systematic, timely, and accurate delivery of business-critical information to support the Field Sales & National Accounts teams and dealer activities via a range of channels. You will manage the fulfilment of creative and content requirements to support various team activities.Responsibilities:Act as the conduit between our key customer-facing Sales Team and the other business functions, to better support the communications of the Field Sales & National Accounts teams.Systematically coordinate information from the various business functions through to the Field Sales & National Accounts teams using our established processes and tools.Collate information from across the business into documents to support National Account and promotional activity as required.Utilise the Internal Communications team for support with tools for collaboration and internal communication platforms, including Orbit.Oversee the Sales Playbook program and implement improvements as required.Ensure governance and management of various Microsoft platforms to share information that supports our Field Sales Team's information requirements, with support from Internal Communications and IT as needed.Manage the demand from the Sales Team for presentations and other documents they require for customer-facing use.Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by Senior Management.About you:A qualification in Communications, Marketing, or another relevant field.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Sharepoint and Planner.Experience in playbook (preferred).An excellent ability to provide timely communications direction and support to individuals and teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across all levels.Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.If you are ready to join a growing organisation and be a part of an outstanding team, we want to hear from you!
