Please note that only candidates residing in Australia with full working rights will be eligible for consideration.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Coach to lead a team of up to 6 Enrolment Advisors on a 3-month contract.Please note, this is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week for the duration of the 3-month contract.In this role, you'll focus on developing the team's skills and performance through virtual coaching, targeted training, and actionable feedback. Your primary goal will be to uplift the team's capability and drive higher conversion rates by refining their enrolment strategies, sharpening sales techniques, and improving client engagement.The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in coaching and a strong track record of driving sales success.Key accountabilities include the following:Provide tailored coaching to each enrolment advisor to enhance their skills in engaging prospective students and increasing conversions.Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions focusing on key sales techniques, including lead follow-up, effective questioning, and overcoming objections.Monitor enrolment calls and interactions, offering real-time feedback to improve client engagement and sales effectiveness.Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Training Manager to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching strategies to address them.Track individual and team progress against key performance metrics, adjusting coaching methods as needed to ensure success.Foster a supportive, motivating environment that encourages each advisor to achieve and exceed their enrolment targets.QualificationsExperienceProven work experience as a Sales Coach or Manager in a sales-focused environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.Excellent communication and mentoring skills, capable of delivering constructive feedback that motivates improvement.Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and customize coaching strategies accordingly.Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc).Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of managing small teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience within the Education industry is highly regarded.Technical/Further SkillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leading and coaching skills.Self-motivated and proactive, takes on responsibility.Join Keypath and make a difference.
