As a Sales Closure Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to effectively close leads provided by the company or by self generated leads. You will play a crucial role in converting potential customers into satisfied clients by showcasing the value of our products/services and addressing their needs and concerns. Responsibilities: Receive leads provided by the company and promptly follow up with them via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand consumer requirements and budgets. Present our products/services in a compelling manner, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points. Address any objections or hesitations from leads and provide appropriate solutions or information to alleviate concerns. Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and clients using our CRM system. Collaborate with other team members, such as account managers or sales representatives, to ensure a smooth handover of closed deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance your sales approach and strategy. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager or team leader regarding lead progress and sales performance. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals confidently. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous. Willingness to work on a contract basis, with the potential for renewal based on performance.
