Our team at Edmondson Park are seeking an enthusiastic and well-presented individual to join them as a casual Sales Centre Assistant. Supporting our Project Sales Managers, your efficiency and attention to detail are key to making people feel seen, heard, and valued. Your work helps ensure things run smoothly so we can deliver stronger, smarter, happier communities where people prosper and feel proud to belong.
This is a casual role working on weekdays and/or including weekends and is well suited to current 1st year university students. The roster works flexibly, and days can be varied to suit semester timetables. Product and system training will be provided on the job.
As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include: Assisting smooth and efficient operation of Sales & Display centreMeet & Greet of incoming customers, managing phone enquiries and supporting agentsCRM database management including assigning leads, updating notes, entering of sales and sending of sales advicesAssist project managers with market research including analysis on sales, products and promotions and competitor pricing comparisonAdministrative support including responding to customer enquiries and entry of statistics into systemsYou may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: Prior experience within an admin or customer service based role highly regardedA positive and proactive attitude, ability to think outside the box and use initiativeCompetency in MS Office & customer databases, SAP experience highly regardedAn interest in the property industry and community engagementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAll training will be provided & ongoing for the successful applicant.
