The Role:
Sales admin support to high-performing teamManaging properties from prospecting to settlementSetting up, managing and finalising agent commissionsEnsure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling propertiesContact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently runLiaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property fora photo shot and past/building inspectionsPrepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts The Candidate: Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential6 + months experience in a similar roleExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Sound knowledge of Agentbox & ExcelGreat presentational skillsA keen interest in Real Estate & ProgressionBe a motivated self-starterTo apply:
