The Role: Sales admin support to high-performing team Managing properties from prospecting to settlement Setting up, managing and finalising agent commissions Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties Contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently run Liaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for a photo shot and past/building inspections Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts The Candidate: Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential 12 + months experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Sound knowledge of Agentbox & Excel Great presentational skills A keen interest in Real Estate & Progression Be a motivated self-starter To apply: Please call Hannah Shaw on 0404 609 918 for more information or email your CV to ******.
