Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for providing sales, marketing and admin support across the project team with a focus on customer support and service.
This role is an incredible opportunity for somebody looking to kick start their career within project sales working for a leading property developer. The Bradmill project has been highly successful in its early releases, with further releases to span for at least the next 6 years. We are seeking somebody ambitious and eager to learn with a passion for working in a face to face customer centric role.
This is a full time role working Thursday through to Monday, hours of 9am – 5pm, with a state of the art Sales Centre which is well supported to help you achieve your goals.
As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include: Managing incoming customer enquiries; providing information, support and pricing details Promotion of features and benefits of FPA properties along with customer loyalty program Logging of expression of interest and arranging contact Managing or escalating customer complaints and queries Maintenance of sales statistics and recording sales performance Administrative support for all sales related documents Identification of sales leads and passing on to Project Sales Manager Maintaining client databases You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: Current Real Estate Licence and other relevant qualifications Demonstrated experience in customer service and administration, exposure to real estate sales highly regarded but not essential A desire to learn on the job and pursue a career within property project sales Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Don't quite meet every single requirement but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
