About the Job Were looking for someone who is a driven, personable, and tenacious Sales & Business Development Representative (SBDR) to help accelerate our growth and market presence.
As an SBDR, you will play a pivotal role in engaging new customers and driving business success.
You will be supported by management who are committed to your success, offering hands-on guidance from those who understand the demands of the role.
Key Responsibilities - Research and qualify potential clients to build a high-quality lead database.
Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities, primarily in Financial Services, Legal, and Regulatory sectors.Reach out to C Level executives via phone and in person across various industries to present Ethikas services.Understand your customer business challenges and demonstrate how Ethikas services can address those needs.Collaborate with internal teams to understand and tailor Ethikas service offerings for prospective clients.Build and nurture relationships with potential B2B clients, laying the foundation for long term partnerships.Leverage in person and phone based selling experience to establish strong connections with key decision-makers.Consistently meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs, contributing to company growth.Handle rejection professionally, turning objections into opportunities.Work closely with Account Executives and Senior Sales Managers to transition leads into qualified sales opportunities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities within the CRM, ensuring up to date pipeline management.Requirements - Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, business development or similar roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on relationship building.Experience using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.Ability to sell to sophisticated clients and navigate complex sales environments.A history of long-term commitment to roles.Genuine interest in legal, governance, risk and compliance and a passion for learning about market trends.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse client base.Right to work in Australia.Experience in Financial Services or Legal sectors preferred but not required.Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.About You You excel at building relationships and establishing rapport quickly and have a proven track record in sales and business development You are ambitious, motivated, and eager to take control of your career.
You have prior experience in a B2B or client-facing role.
You are resourceful and can read between the lines and figure stuff out in a pinch You LOVE improving systems and making things better You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
You have an interest in financial services & legal markets and industry trends.
You bring a flexible mindset and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
