This is your opportunity to shape Thales' market presence, engaging with high-profile defence and aviation stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Based in Canberra or Sydney, you'll be at the heart of an innovative, global organization making a real difference.Key Responsibilities:Drive Growth: Achieve ambitious portfolio targets and lead strategic opportunity captures. Identify and drive business opportunities; including with new customers, new products or services, and new partnerships.Ensure financial metrics for region are achieved. Develop 2-5 year strategic plans in collaboration with Head of BD, with sound execution strategies that are measurable.Analyse Markets: Identify trends and emerging opportunities through market research, networking and attendance at industry events.
