As a Sales Associate, no two days will be the same in this challenging position.
The Role:
This is a fast-paced role supporting a dynamic agent in the East who has strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and provides a service that is second to none!
Offering a chance to work with some of Sydney's most exclusive and newly built properties, as a Sales Associate your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Conduct open inspections Prospect and cold call Make follow-up calls Send mailouts Liaise with vendors and buyers Consistently deliver outstanding, personalized service to clients Coordinate with solicitors Arrange pest and building inspections Manage advertising
The Candidate:
Minimum 6 months experience in Real Estate Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Possess a strong work ethic and great people skills Immaculately presented and well-groomed
