Position OverviewThe Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales and assist with sign waving.Perform general housekeeping and merchandising tasks.Manage signing, pricing, and POS operations.Support loss prevention efforts.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
Employment InformationThe minimum age requirement for this position is 16.
Please note that you will be working at a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store.
While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer.
Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment.
The application you complete will be routed to our consignment operator for their consideration.
If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages.
You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
