Our Associates Team forms a vital layer of our sales organisation. This team focuses on setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our Aussie and Lendi brokers around the country. As an Associate, you'll handle inbound customer enquiries while also making outbound contact with leads to see if we can assist with their lending needs.
In this role, you'll develop a solid foundation in sales, gain an intimate knowledge of home lending and the Australian mortgage market, and ultimately lay the building blocks for a successful future in mortgage broking or the broader finance industry.
Key responsibilities of an Associate: Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needsConverting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokersIdentifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchasesLeveraging your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key infoOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: This is a full-time role well suited to final year university students, new graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
To nurture your skills and best position you for success and development, full-time office attendance is required during your first three months to immerse you in the business. Following this, high performers will have access to hybrid working options.
