Full-time, permanent position, 5 days/week (incl weekends), allocated days off during the week. In addition to salary package (base & super) offered there is the opportunity to earn quarterly bonus and commission.Some of your responsibilities will include:Responding to all sales and after sales enquiries in the first instance, providing guidance before passing onto your Sales ConsultantProviding exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with StocklandManaging all incoming information via phone, emails, website and general enquiriesKeeping potential home buyers informed of key information including new releases, home designs, events, promotionsMaintaining and updating sales systems and processes and proceduresAbout youThis position will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to and learning from the entire sales cycle.
