About the role We have a position available working across multiple project sites across the Ripley Valley corridor.
Full-time, permanent position, 5 days/week (incl weekends), with allocated days off during the week.
In addition to salary package (base & super) offered there is the opportunity to earn quarterly bonus and commission.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Responding to all sales and after sales enquiries in the first instance, providing guidance before passing onto your Sales Professional Providing exception customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland Managing all incoming information via phone, emails, website and general enquiries Keep potential home buyers informed of key information including new releases, home designs, events, promotions Maintain and update sales systems and processes and procedures About you This position will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to and learning from the entire sales cycle.
To ensure your success and develop your career: An interest in working in the property industry and developing your career in sales A strong customer service background with experience working in a sales support or administrative function, experience from within the property industry, builder/developer, real estate or similar would be advantageous Experience in delivering high-quality administrative tasks and activities and technology savvy Strong in your ability to multi-task, manage your time effectively, well organised and demonstrate initiative Engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders Motivated to work independently or as part of a team You will require to have your own reliable transport and a full drivers' licence The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
