The RoleAs a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.Support the Boutique Management to ensure sales targets are achievedEnsure highest level of service standards at all times using the OMEGA sales ceremonyAssist in developing and maintaining the client databasePerform daily security stock countsBe responsible for organisation, refill, and storage of back up stock, visual merchandising material, product packaging, instruction booklets and warrantiesDevelop own comprehensive OMEGA brand and product knowledge baseThe person in this role would need to have the following skills and experienceMinimum 2 years retail experience in the luxury sector preferredHighly developed and proven customer service and client relationship skillsExcellent organisational skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood computer literacy skillsGood time management skillsTeam playerEnergy, drive and enthusiasmImpeccable grooming and presentationVisual merchandising flairFull and flexible availabilityLuxury watch industry knowledge and experience an advantage
