The RoleThis position is for our new boutique, opening soon in Perth!As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.Support boutique managementEnsure both personal and store sales targets are being achievedMake sure the highest level of customer service is being upheld at all timesDaily security stock countsUndertake daily routine as directedStock maintenance and cleaningStore housekeepingTrack own performance statisticsDaily merchandising; set up, stock rotation, new display conceptsAttend regular trainingDevelop own knowledge baseThe person in this role would need to have the following skills and experienceDemonstrated retail experience (luxury industry beneficial)Highly developed and proven customer service skillsGenuine passion for the Longines brandComputer literacy skillsExcellent organisational skillsTeam playerEnergy, drive and enthusiasmImpeccable grooming and presentation
