The PositionAs a Customer Account Manager, you will take ownership of a designated portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll proactively manage relationships, secure contract renewals, and drive growth by aligning our services with customer needs.
The ResponsibilitiesAccount Ownership: Manage a portfolio of customers, building and nurturing strong relationships.Customer Retention: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring long-term customer loyalty.Contract Negotiation: Lead strategic negotiations to secure favorable renewals and agreements.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored account strategies for short- and long-term growth.Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Iron Mountain's offerings to deliver value-driven solutions.The PersonProven experience in account management or customer relationship roles.Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value and satisfaction.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with Iron Mountain's services or the information management industry is a plus.Category: Sales
