Sales Associate

We are currently looking for  passionate Casual Sales Associates to join and support our newly opened retail store at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre! Key responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service
- Drive sales through providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to POP MART
- Assist with stock management including unpacking, shelf arrangement, replenishing and stock take
- Processing of daily transactions at counter efficiently and effectively
- Support the store to operate efficiently by possessing excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills.
To be successful you will have - Previous retail or customer service experience
- A can-do positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Able to work both independently and enjoy working in a team environment
- Possess a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work across the week
- Passion and knowledge of the brand or art toys
