Sales Associate

This position would suit an experienced sales associate, graduate or junior person with a proven telemarketing background who will work alongside a lead agent supporting the team with Lead Generation activity, Database marketing and management, campaign management and Open for Inspection preparation and assistance.
Duties include (but not limited to): Email/enquiry managementLead Generation – calls & letterbox dropsServicing Pipeline with preparation of pre listing kits, Appraisals, CMA'sCampaign management supporting Lead AgentProperty MarketingContract preparationAuction preparation and supportMaintaining social mediaBuyer Management After salesWhat you will need You will require a current Queensland certificate to be suitable for this position. The ideal candidate will have some experience within the real estate industry or be very passionate about a career in sales. You must have a Queensland Sales Certificate You must have a drivers' licence and own vehicleRepresenting sellers requires a commitment any time of the day or week. You will be prepared to do what it takes! Weekend work will also be required.
