The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to work alongside a successful Senior Sales Manager across a cluster of retirement villages in the ACT portfolio.
The ACT portfolio includes The Aerie in Narrabundah, The Grove in Ngunnawal, and Isabella Gardens in Isabella Plains.
Monday to Friday, you will be the backbone that keeps this top-performing ACT sales region in order.
This role will see you use your administration, organisational, and relationship management skills daily to ensure a seamless process for both entering and exiting clients.
As the Sales Associate, you will be: Supporting with sales displays and ensuring our properties for sale have optimal presentationAttending property inspections and property toursPreparing marketing collateral, brochures, and sales kitsSupporting at expos and eventsAssisting with the organising and execution of community engagement events and initiativesResponding in a professional and prompt manner to customer sales enquiries.
No cold calling.
Leads are all generated for you.Managing our dedicated database, previous Salesforce experience preferable, but not essentialWorking with our specialised marketing and property teamsLiaising with incoming and outgoing residentsContract management and administrationYour Background The successful candidate will demonstrate confidence, maturity, and the ability to manage any task.
Previous Real Estate experience in a similar role is not necessary, but favourable.
