This is an opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated individual, to be the backbone of this sales team, admin and sales support work alongside a prominent agent who needs someone who can nail their admin and prospecting plan.
The Role:
As a go to person for a leading sales agent, this role will see you utilise your sales and organisational skills. The right candidate must be able to work independently and keep themselves accountable to their non-negotiables.
On a daily basis, your duties will include:
Diary, e-mail and appointment management for lead agent Prospecting, tracking, hitting KPI's and a passion to over achieve Manage and organise sales appraisals and constant CRM management Contract and marketing administration Organising appointments, ensuring all document are prepared Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding Prepare and attend auctions Open homes and private inspections (Saturday work required) You must have a QLD Real Estate Certificate of registration or have started the process in achieving this.
