Are you an experienced business-to-business sales professional who enjoys working with people? The Perks We are offering the opportunity to work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm with a 9-day fortnight. Enjoy Christmas every year with our Christmas Shutdown! Your main duties will include: Liaising with Customers/Clients which will usually include business owners. Managing the quote to order process from end to end. Invoicing customers. Providing administration support throughout the sales process. Maintaining the appearance and upkeep of the showroom. Creating digital proofs using design software for presentation to customers. To be considered for this role, you will have: Previous experience in retail/sales/customer service role is desirable. Knowledge of the uniform or promotional industry will be advantageous. Experience with business-to-business sales desired but not required. Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.). Understanding of others' priorities & needs resulting in excellent customer service. Previous experience with graphic design software helpful, but not needed. The ability to thrive in a busy environment and manage expectations of others. A genuine willingness and desire to assist others. Ability to work autonomously and be responsible for own customers.
