I have made the quick progression from starting out only April this year to becoming a lead agent at Ray White's number one Gold Coast office, and I'm looking for a motivated individual to work directly alongside me as I build a successful team. The right person will be hands-on with buyers and potential sellers. They will play a key role in managing the day-to-day aspects of client relationships, property viewings, and prospecting. This is an opportunity to grow alongside me as we take the team to the next level.
Responsibilities: Daily prospecting activities include making phone calls, dropping flyers, and having conversations with people. For every seller you find that ends up listing and selling with me or one of my colleagues, you will be rewarded with a cut of the commission. There are a number of ways to make bonuses in this role, which I will discuss with you. What I'm Looking For: Someone who is interested in becoming great at what they do. A genuine passion for doing good and performing at a high level. Ability to communicate with people, discipline, and dedication to your craft.
