Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the perfect roof rack system for their specific vehicle and needs.

Provide expert advice on various roof rack brands, styles, and accessories.

Offer outstanding customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Keep up-to-date with the latest roof rack trends and innovations.

Installation of Roof Rack Systems (Training Provided).

Process sales transactions and manage inventory.

Qualifications:

Passion for outdoor activities such as camping, biking, skiing, and more.

Knowledge of different types of vehicles and their roof rack compatibility.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales experience and customer service orientation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Enthusiasm for learning about new roof rack products and accessories.

Full Driver's Licence (Manual).

Availability across Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Saturday 8:30am - 2:00pm.

Pay:

$50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
