More about you – Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mentality with a strong passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience. You will be part of a progressive business that values and supports internal career growth. We are looking for a team member who thrives in a busy, sales-driven environment while having a laugh (and the occasional dance-off!) with each customer that walks through our doors.
Your role:

Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
Sound cash handling and EFTPOS skills
Learning and maintaining solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
Maintaining high levels of store standards, assisting with merchandising and presentation
Working towards budgets, targets, and KPIs
Assisting with stock control and quality management
Following national legislation, WHS, and security guidelines

You will also have:

A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to work within a fast-paced retail environment
A happy, friendly, and energetic personality
A desire to deliver high-quality customer service
A valid Police Check Report is required if successful in the interview stage
