We're looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable individuals who are focused and motivated with experience in retail sales to join the team in our Southport location, with senior and junior positions available. Junior positions are also available at our Pimpama and Tweed Heads locations.
Would suit University/TAFE students, as we can work around your study roster. School age applicants are encouraged for after school/weekend shifts. Ability to travel between store locations a bonus.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
Giving advice and solutions to customers
Achieving KPIs and sales budgets
Processing sales orders and quotes
Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives
Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
Set up in-store promotions and merchandising
Be involved in stock control and management
Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Dealing with customer refunds
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
Water Testing for customers
Other tasks and duties as required
