You will offer flooring solutions and expert advice to your customers, ensuring their experience is second to none.

Your Role Provide an incredible customer experience throughout the sales experience Create customer quotes and follow up after the visit Keep product knowledge up to date through training and resources Update ticketing and VM in line with planograms Identify opportunities to provide additional value to customers and provide recommendations Work collaboratively with teammates and managers Offer support in Trade spaces as required Maintain showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy Actively promote safety and abide by all OH&S procedures About You!
