Sales Assistant

Description We are currently seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Retail Photographic Sales Assistant.  As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to customers in all aspects of photography and videography. Whether customers are beginners or seasoned professionals, your knowledge and passion for photography will ensure they receive exceptional service and find the perfect products for their needs.  Casual and Full time positions are available.
Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerProvide expert advice on a wide range of photography and videography products such as cameras, lenses, tripods, and accessories.Demonstrate the use and capabilities of various photographic equipment to customers.Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budgetProcess transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale system.Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and displays.Assist with inventory management, including receiving and verifying shipments.Requirements Passion for photography and a strong understanding of different photographic equipment and accessories.Outstanding customer service and sales skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactionsBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (training provided).Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
