We're seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team and help us continue to grow our business.
About the role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be a primary point of contact for customers interested in purchasing gold bullion and related products.
You will also advise clients on pawning and selling their valuable items.
We're looking for someone who excels at building relationships, is well-versed in gold and precious metals, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll need:Proven experience in sales, retail, or a related field, ideally in the precious metals or financial industry.Strong knowledge of gold, bullion, and other precious metals; experience with pawn transactions is a plus.Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to build trust with customers.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems, and basic math skills for handling transactions.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.What we're offering:$60-65,000 + Super + BonusProduct discounts and incentivesStructured product training and development programsCareer growthRotating roster for work life balanceToday is the day you take control of your future!
