The Sales team - Chinese Desk plays a crucial role in shaping the trading environment and our clients' experience. Through client onboarding, up-sale & cross-sale, troubleshooting, and ongoing provision of customer care, we ensure Eightcap's clients consistently enjoy the competitive pricing and trading conditions that have become synonymous with our brand.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients.Handle requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally.Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a team environment.Collaborate with sales colleagues, customer support team, account opening team, marketing team, finance team, engineering team, operations team, and compliance team.Engage with clients and third-party providers.Assist the sales team and account managers with various tasks throughout the sales process, including client onboarding, account maintenance, customer service, and cross-departmental communication.Provide support to help clients resolve issues related to trading platforms, answer basic trading inquiries, and work with the tech team to enhance the customer experience.Participate in and support both online and offline promotional events, including seminars, client meetings, and trade shows, ensuring smooth execution and providing customer support during these events.Maintain company social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and offer initial support to ensure that client issues are addressed promptly.Follow up on client feedback and assist the sales team in nurturing strong client relationships, promoting client satisfaction, and fostering long-term collaboration.Assist with sales-related internal/external meetings and event coordination, following up on projects, and executing tasks.Support the sales team in achieving KPI targets and contribute to business growth by handling other company-assigned tasks.
