This role sits with the Sales Education and Enterprise team, and we grow Apple businesses by partnering with our distribution partners, channel resellers and carriers. We develop programs and strategies that enable end customers to transform the way they learn and work. To realise this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs at all levels from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans that scale the adoption of the Apple ecosystem.
Description Working collaboratively with partners is at the heart of how we grow. Your role is to build and lead the execution of business development and marketing plans with distribution, reseller and carrier partners. You will collaborate with the sales team to align plans with priorities and business growth objectives. Leverage your strong planning and project management skills to proactively structure and maximise utilisation of our programs and tools.
Key Responsibilities: Drive innovative partner strategies that align with our Education and Enterprise plans. Develop impactful creative work through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner's brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges.Develop and manage co-marketing programs with partners to drive joint marketing activities and lead generation.Support partners in developing and maintaining digital executions. Coordinate and manage Apple marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, direct mail, and digital advertising.Support the Education and Enterprise teams with marketing assets for end customers as required.Track, measure, and report on the performance of field marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.As part of a cross-functional team, you will need to be flexible and adaptable in a multifaceted environment as a team member, yet also have the ability to lead.Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years experience in international account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand.Experience in brand communications - from strategy to execution to analysis of results.Preferred Qualifications: Apple and the industry knowledge.Understanding of organizational interdependencies and business financials for sustaining profitable growth.Integrity, honesty, and accountability in all actions.Strong customer, partner, and team relationship skills.Ability to connect and influence the right people in complex situations.Experience leading Channel Marketing initiatives or managing programs/projects for businesses.
