Sales and Training Manager If you're ready to take on a highly impactful role and make a lasting impact on a global brand, this might be the perfect opportunity.
As Sales and Training Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our network of Distributors to build thriving businesses by developing sales initiatives, providing cutting-edge training, and fostering engagement through programs like onboarding, recognition, and beyond.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, you'll be a key partner in driving our Live Clean brand forward.
Who You Are and What You'll Bring: A natural leader with a people-first approach - You thrive on inspiring and supporting others to succeed.Proven experience in sales - You're skilled in developing and executing strategies that deliver measurable results.Proven experience in training - You're able to both design training programs, and professionally deliver training via multiple platforms; webinars, live trainings, and in-person stage events.Strategic and adaptable - You excel at setting big-picture goals while effectively handling day-to-day priorities.Strong communication skills - Clear, persuasive, and constructive; able to engage and present with impact, both internally and to Distributors.Creative and data-driven - An innovative thinker who leverages data insights to guide and refine your approach.Organisational powerhouse - Skilled at balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Background in sales, business development, or training - Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience with at least 1 year in a similar management role.What You'll Be Doing: Develop and drive sales initiatives - Collaborate on strategies to elevate distributor success and empower them to build and sustain growing businesses.Provide tools and training - Design and deliver onboarding programs, workshops, and other resources that equip Distributors for success.Lead recognition and engagement efforts - Celebrate achievements and foster a community culture that rewards dedication and results.Support business growth and product knowledge - Champion our Live Clean products, helping distributors convey the mission and benefits to customers.Why You'll Love It Here: Modere is a global company that genuinely lives its mission to create safer, more effective nutritional and personal care products.
