EduCom IT Albury is an Authorised Apple Reseller and Service Provider and we are seeking energetic and focused Full-Time Sales Team Member to join our dynamic and growing store in Albury Wodonga.
We are looking for customer focused Sales Expert who loves technology and have what it takes to manage a team and drive new business.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving New Business and Achieving sales targets and efficiencies Provide customers with technology solutions that meet their individual needs Troubleshooting and providing basic IT support Deliver exceptional customer service to our new and existing customers Assist with general day to day tasks including store merchandising and stock control Working with the sales and support teams to deliver best results for our customers Maintaining the retail space at our Albury location We are looking for a unique individual who can demonstrate:
Experience with Apple products and passion for Apple technologies Experience in troubleshooting basic IT problems Sales experience within a dynamic retail environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work If you're ready to hit the ground running and be part of a great team, send your cover letter and CV.
