This exciting time for the reinvigorated organisation creates the opportunity for the appointment of new professionals who will hold pivotal roles in structuring for the future delivery of innovative and positive service experiences.
Reporting to the Manager Life Care at Home, the Sales and Service Development Manager will operate autonomously leading the marketing, sales, service development and communications of Life Care at Home programs. Through a sound focus on service analysis, the Manager will drive new business development across client and referral partner contacts and other key community members. Relationship management with widespread stakeholders, development of service solutions and new offerings, and management of client experience activities will be key components of this role. The appointee will be fully attuned to Life Care products, services and opportunities, consulting, training and representing the organisation in external forums as required.
Applications are encouraged from experienced sales/business development professionals with a thorough understanding of contemporary sales and marketing techniques. Understanding of a service-based environment and community-based frameworks, the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally, a collaborative approach and an unwavering focus on client and service quality will be important. Experience in the home care sector or a comparable human services/health care environment will be desirable.
