Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, benefits, specialised services, and a wide range of product choices. Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Show resilience and maintain high levels of motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls. Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
