We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Co-Ordinator to support our dynamic team and drive exceptional client satisfaction.
In this critical leadership role, you will coordinate a team of 25 Sales and Technical Representatives, working closely with the National Technical Manager.
You will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely technical support and service while contributing to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:Client Service & Support: Work closely with key customers to ensure they receive accurate and timely technical service, support, and solutions.Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in client satisfaction and technical service delivery.Team Scheduling & Workforce Management: Develop team schedules and implement strategic workforce planning to optimize resources and performance.System Implementation and ongoing management: Assisting in the implementing of a CRM and Field Service module in Netsuite to enhance operational efficiency.Requirements:Proven experience in client relationship management with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, including workforce scheduling and performance management.Solid understanding of system implementation.A track record of driving continuous improvement in service and client satisfaction.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address challenges.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.Strong organisational and administrative skills.A commitment to maintaining safety as a top priority.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?A leadership role where you can make a real impact on client satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence.A supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development.The chance to contribute to exciting system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational success, we'd love to hear from you!
