Job Description: Sales and Service AdministratorKey Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries, provide rental information, and process reservations.Manage rental agreements, payments, and vehicle check-ins/check-outs.Ensure a smooth customer experience by resolving issues and addressing service concerns.Upsell additional services, such as insurance and GPS, to increase revenue.Coordinate vehicle fleet availability, maintenance, and readiness.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting and record-keeping.Required Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in the car rental industry.Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.Familiarity with rental management software and vehicle fleet management.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, CasualPay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearExpected hours: No more than 75 per weekBenefits:Salary packagingSchedule:Rotating rosterSupplementary Pay:Annual bonusWork Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person
