The role Due to expansion, we have several exciting opportunities available for experienced and motivated Service Technicians to join our Components Rebuild team.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, in a challenging and busy environment you will be required to:
Disassemble, inspect, and assemble various Sandvik mining equipment componentsSource technical information from relevant reference manuals and OEM sourcesMaintain the workshop area to a high standard of housekeeping and organisationThe role is permanent full time and based at our brand-new workshop based in Kenwick and an excellent opportunity for a tradesman who is looking for a long-term career in mining.
Available Shifts: Day: 6am – 4pm (10 hours per day, paid lunch break), Monday to Friday
Afternoon: 3pm – 1am, (10 hours per shift, paid break) Monday to Thursday (enjoy a long weekend every weekend!)
Your profile Previous experience working on a variety of mining equipment (Sandvik equipment would be an advantage)
Good attitude with a strong work ethic and focus on safety
