Key Responsibilities: Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and quarterly updated SELL rate cards (guidance provided)Preparation of adhoc quotations for requested services work, from either overseas agencies and/or local adhoc clienteleMaintain BUY rate sheets for Ocean FCL, Ocean LCL, Cartage (FCL & LCL)Time permitting – Maintain SELL rate summary sheets for Internal resources and usageTime permitting – Assist in negotiations and information gathering from core outsourced partners (Shipping lines and Cartage providers)Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of financial terminology such as "margin" and "profit & loss"Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)Strong understanding of INCOTERMSFreight forwarding knowledge, particularly of import FCL and LCL workflows, an advantageCargowise 1 knowledge an advantageSolid negotiation skills an advantageInside Sales support functional experience an advantageWhy Join Us: Work from home on FridaysNew corporate workspaceGenerous salary packageOnsite parkingJoin a well-established organisation which promotes a culture of professional and personal development
