Role Overview: My client is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximize business growth, enhance customer loyalty, and promote the company's services.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of sales performance, marketing campaigns, and brand development to achieve business objectives and strengthen market presence.
SUMMARY The Sales and Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, oversee marketing campaigns, and foster customer relationships to drive growth and company loyalty.
With a focus on optimizing sales processes and elevating the company's market position, this role will ensure alignment between business goals and marketing activities, delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Sales Strategy and Leadership Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and set clear sales targets for the team.
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure effective execution of strategies and meeting KPIs.
Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure efficient lead generation, prospecting, and deal closures.

Marketing Strategy and Brand Development Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and increase visibility.
Drive brand development initiatives to build long-term customer loyalty and enhance market presence.
Collaborate with the communications team to strengthen the company's reputation and public image.

Client Relationship Management Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver exceptional client service and identify new business opportunities.

Data-Driven Optimization Analyse sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies for improved performance.
Use data insights to optimize marketing campaigns, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer retention.
5.
Project and Team Management Lead cross-functional teams to execute sales and marketing initiatives efficiently and on budget.
Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring ROI from campaigns and initiatives.
6.
Brand Communication and Public Relations Direct strategies to improve the company's reputation and consistency in public messaging.
Work with PR teams to manage public perception and ensure alignment with company values.
Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in  sales management, marketing strategy, and brand development.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
