About Us:One-clean is a dynamic cleaning and linen hire business servicing boutique short-stay accommodations, NDIS participants, and domestic clients across the Macedon Ranges, Daylesford, and surrounding regions. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality.
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing a professional and friendly experience.Scheduling: Coordinate cleaning and laundry service schedules for team members and clients.Inventory Management: Track and manage linen inventory, including processing orders and arranging deliveries.Invoicing and Payments: Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and manage basic bookkeeping tasks.Team Support: Assist with onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel records, and supporting recruitment efforts.General Administration: Organize office supplies, manage filing systems, and perform other administrative duties as required.What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Mac, Microsoft Office Suite and/or other administrative tools (e.g., Xero).Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Experience in an administrative or similar role preferred.A proactive attitude with attention to detail.Why Join Us?
