Sales And Marketing Manager

Our client a well established Domestic Home Building Company based in Underwood Qld Is looking for an experienced full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team to manage and coordinate sales and marketing campaigns and sales objectives across the business.This role will involve the following duties but not limited to: The Key responsibilities: * Motivate and guide the sales and marketing campaigns to meet the targeted objectives of the business.* Develop, plan,execute and evaluate overall marketing strategies to enhance sales, profitability and brand awareness.* Analyse market trends, competitor activity and Consumer behaviour.Experience required: * Experience and knowledge in the Retail  Industry or similar sectors.* Experience and knowledge of marketplace advertising, sales promotion techniques and distribution channels.* Ability to organize and priorities tasks whilst under pressure and to meet deadlines.* At least 3 years' experience of proven sales and marketing experience..Skills required * Bachelor degree of Marketing or similar * Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Clear verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.* Experience with Project Management platforms such as Trello and/or Asana or similar.Role benefits: * Ongoing training and development * Career progression potential - grow as the business grows * Annual salary range between $75,000 - 85,000 +Super paid for knowledge and experience.Please apply with your resume and cover letter.We will get back to you for further discussion if shortlisted.
