The Role The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing both the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, build brand awareness, and cultivate strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic approach to planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on value-based selling. The Sales and Marketing Manager will ensure that the team not only meets but exceeds targets while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
