Advanced manufacturing standards are employed in both and Bruder was one of the first industry participants to receive full industry manufacturing accreditation.THE ROLEBruderX is on the hunt for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team on a full time, permanent position, in the role of a Sales and Marketing Manager. The Sales and Marketing Manager is tasked with acquiring new B2B clients and establishing partnerships within the GCC region. This role involves sourcing and recruiting dealers to sell Bruder retail products and securing commercial contracts using Bruder's technology and platforms.Duties will consist of but not be limited to the following key areas:Will plan, organise and direct the sales and marketing activities for Bruder.Develop in-depth knowledge of Bruder's business activities and solution suite and use this knowledge to identify prospective client and partnership opportunities for the business.Develop a business development plan and once agreed upon, execute it.Manage the client and partner opportunity pipeline, from lead to agreement, including proposal development, pitch delivery, and negotiation of commercial terms, in conjunction with Bruder stakeholders.Gather feedback from clients and local market trends to help the business develop future product strategies.Regularly and accurately maintain all related contacts within HubSpot.THE PERSONThe successful applicant needs to be driven by success and have a minimum of 4 (four) years' experience in a similar role. Candidates with relevant qualifications are highly regarded, or alternatively, must have sufficient experience in lieu of qualifications.
