About Us : Krema is an Australian-owned business dedicated to enhancing workplace environments with modern, café-quality coffee and water systems.
We are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Administrator to help streamline our processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities : Sales Support : Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing proposals, updating the CRM system, and coordinating client communications.
Run reports on Sales and forecasting data.
Marketing Assistance : Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media updates, and event coordination.
Data Management : Maintain and update sales and marketing databases, track leads, and prepare performance reports.
Communication : Act as a point of contact between the sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
Event Coordination : Support the organization of trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events, ensuring all materials are prepared and logistics handled.
Content Management : Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
What We're Looking For : Proven experience in an administrative role, within a sales or marketing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
