Vivacity Property is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales & Lifestyle Consultant to join our team for the launch of our newest over 55's lifestyle community at Coral Cove. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service to prospective purchasers as they find their ideal homes. This position offers a competitive base salary, along with an attractive commission structure that rewards your sales achievements.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of homes within our land lease communities by actively engaging with potential residents and building strong relationships based on trust and understanding their unique needs.Conduct engaging information sessions and morning tea presentations to highlight the benefits and advantages of living in our tailored land lease communities for those aged 55 and above.Manage the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring prospective buyers experience a seamless process from initial inquiry through contract negotiations and closing, contributing to an outstanding customer journey.Oversee the handling of sales agreements and variations, ensuring clarity, compliance, and thorough communication throughout all stages—from initial offer through to post-sale follow-up.Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to articulate the community's unique features and value propositions to prospective clients effectively.Maintain in-depth knowledge of our offerings and stay updated on market trends and competing land lease options within the over 55's lifestyle sector, ensuring informed discussions with potential residents.Cultivate lasting relationships with clients post-sale to improve customer satisfaction and encourage referrals, ensuring they feel supported and valued in their new community.Participate in community events and outreach initiatives aimed at promoting the Coral Cove lifestyle, strengthening local connections, and fostering a sense of belonging among potential residents.Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, particularly in seniors living, retirement living, land lease communities, or real estate required.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.Strong negotiation capabilities, coupled with a talent for closing sales effectively and efficiently.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.A genuine passion for and understanding of the over 55's lifestyle segment and its specific requirements.Familiarity with sales agreements, land lease processes, and relevant regulations.A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a strong drive to surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
